These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Service Provider and any natural or legal person using the Reloaded mobile application (“Application”) or related services.
This GTC qualifies as a general contractual term pursuant to Section 6:77 of Act V of 2013 (Hungarian Civil Code).
2. Scope of the GTC
Temporal Scope: from the date of publication (2025 …) until revoked.
Territorial Scope: global, as the Application is accessible worldwide.
Personal Scope: all Users who download, use, or purchase subscriptions through the Application.
If any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
By using the Application, the User expressly accepts this GTC.
3. Nature of the Service
Reloaded provides digital self-awareness and entertainment services, including:
– astrological content (daily/weekly/monthly horoscopes)
– birth chart analyses
– tarot card readings
– biorhythm analysis
– palm reading
– personalised reports
– premium features via subscription or credits
– live consultations with experts (chat, video, voice)
The services are informational and self-development oriented, and do NOT constitute:
– medical advice
– psychological services
– legal or financial advice
– professional counselling of any kind
The User acknowledges that all content is for entertainment purposes only and uses the service at their own risk.
4. Registration and User Account
Certain features require registration.
Users must provide:
– name
– birth data (date, time, place)
– gender
– residence/country
– optional questionnaire data
The User warrants the accuracy of the provided data and must keep login credentials confidential.
The Service Provider may suspend or delete accounts for unlawful, abusive, or unethical conduct.
5. Licence and Permitted Use
The Service Provider grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for the use of the Application.
It is strictly prohibited to:
– copy or modify the Application
– reverse-engineer any component
– circumvent payment systems
– exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the service
6. Freemium Model, Subscriptions and Payments
Free features: basic content such as daily horoscope or basic tarot draw.
Subscription features: monthly/annual premium access to detailed reports and analyses.
Credit-based features: consultations and specific premium content require purchased credits.
Payments are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to marketplace rules.
Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled in the respective marketplace.
Consultations may be cancelled by the User at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Right of withdrawal does NOT apply once digital content is made immediately available (Government Decree 45/2014).
7. Expert Services
During communication with experts (chat, audio, video), Users must:
– communicate respectfully
– refrain from harassment
– avoid bypassing the booking system
– not send offensive, erotic, or unlawful content
Experts are **not** employees of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is not liable for the professional content of consultations.
8. Acceptable User Conduct
Users may not:
– reverse-engineer or copy the Application
– use the service for illegal purposes
– impersonate others
– attempt to bypass payment systems
– send harassing, racist, threatening, or obscene content
9. Data Processing – GDPR Compliance
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Categories:
– name, e-mail
– birth data
– gender
– residence
– preferences
– interaction logs
– payment metadata (no bank card data stored)
Processing is governed by the Service Provider’s GDPR-compliant Privacy Notice.
Legal bases include:
– GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – contract performance
– GDPR Article 6(1)(c) – legal obligation
– GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest
– GDPR Article 6(1)(a) – consent (marketing)
10. Intellectual Property
All content within the Application—including texts, horoscopes, analyses, tarot interpretations, reports, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms—is protected by copyright.
Use is permitted solely for personal purposes.
Copying, distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
11. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates:
– payment service providers (Apple, Google)
– cloud infrastructure providers
– analytics and security services
Such third parties operate under their own contractual terms and GDPR-compliant agreements.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider:
– does not guarantee the accuracy or fulfilment of spiritual or astrological forecasts
– is not liable for decisions based on such content
– is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
– does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Maintenance, outages and third-party failures may occur without liability.
13. Termination
The User may delete their account at any time.
The Service Provider may terminate access in cases of GTC violation or may withdraw the service entirely.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Hungarian and EU law applies.
Parties must attempt amicable resolution first.
If unsuccessful, Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Amendments
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend this GTC.
Amendments take effect upon publication within the Application.
